According to TMZ, a petition was filed on Wednesday by Willis against Dimitri Roger, who is better known by his stage name Rich the Ki’.
This comes after the rapper’s wife, posted screenshots of Rich’s conversations on his Instagram page before they were deleted.
The alleged conversations show the rapper chatting with model Miracle Watts and India Love, and also show FaceTime calls with Tori Brixx and Bria Myles.
Rich’s wife also claimed that Blac Chyna slept with her husband, and that her current relationship with YBN Almighty Jay is just a cover-up for her relationship with Rich.
This comes just weeks after Marlesia Ortiz, the girlfriend of rapper Swae Lee, 22, ended her relationship with the rapper after she accused Blac Chyna of sleeping with him.
