When you are married to your best friend: Adekunle Gold and Simi playfully slam each other

Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold and his wife, fellow singer Simi, were giving us couple goals as they playfully slam each other on social media.

The couple just celebrated their one year when they both took to social media to pen down really cute messages to themselves.

However, to actually mark occasion the couple took a vacation to the island of Cape Verde where they were photographed soaking up the sun, diving into the water, and taking sweet selfies.

The couple, known for keeping their personal lives really private, had headed to the Twitter community to show what great friends they are.

Simi tweeted on her Twitter handle she found a popular Yoruba soup gbegiri irritating and she wonders how people manage to eat semo.

Although, this prompted lot of reactions from fans but one reaction which was very noticeable was that of her husband, Adekunle Gold.

The singer came on his wife’s tweet on Instagram to ask her to take down her tweet. Simi responded to her husband and tweeted: “don’t tell me what to do. I have your type at home.”

How more witty respond could one ask for? We totally love this.
