Last week, reports were flying around that Rihanna had broken up with Jameel, who she dated for three years. According to a report in The Sun, she has now moved on to Asap Rocky.
Rihanna and Rocky have been reported to have a romantic relationship in past years, and they were spotted in New York at the Yams Day Benefit Concert on 17 January, the same day her breakup with Jameel became public knowledge.
According to The Sun, a source close to Rihanna revealed that:
“They shared a hotel suite during that trip in New York. However, Rihanna is reluctant to put a label on it as it’s so soon after Hassan. They’re really enjoying each other’s company and taking things easy as it’s still early days.
“It’s really casual between them and she’s not thinking about whether there’s a future with Rocky. She’s a newly-single girl having fun.”
She also posed with Rocky on the British Fashion Awards red carpet. Before that, she saw his show in Stockholm, Sweden where the rapper returned.
He’d spent a month in custody following a street brawl. Asap claimed it was self-defence, but his case was found to be assault and President Trump had to help get him out of jail.
