Two Nigerian musicians who made 2018 their footstool, Mayorkun and Kizz Daniel both joined forces to create something “True” and amazing, back on 31st May 2019. It was indeed what most fans wanted and became an instant hit.
True, produced by Young John, is a song that seeks to end the bad blood or misunderstanding between two people, majorly, lovers.
The artists have since released a music video to go with the song.
The video was directed by Aje films and stared Nollywood actress, Jemima Osunde.

In the video, DMW’s Mayorkun and FlyBoy label boss, Kizz Daniel are seen desperately trying to assure their lovers after they’ve been accused of infidelity. Fortunately for the lovers, everything got sorted out at the end.
True is arguably one of the best collaborations of 2019. The song also topped various charts.
