Nigerian singer Teni aka Teni The Entertainer released brand new music and stunning visual for her single “For You” featuring Davido on 12 February 2021.
Teni explained the inspiration behind the song and why she collaborated with Davido saying: “For You” is a record I made to celebrate the essence of love, sacrifice and the reaffirmation to always be there for that special someone who means the world to you. I always wanted to make a record like this with Davido especially because of my admiration for him as an artist, father and someone with a big heart.”
Davido also added saying: “This is a special record and as a father to three beautiful kids, I know how much they mean to me and how I am ready to give them everything good the world has to offer.”
The single, “For You”, is one of the first to drop from Teni’s forthcoming album titled ‘Wondaland’. The album, which is her debut, is expected to drop on 19 March and has been in production for over two years across three continents and inclusive of major cities such as London, New York, Orlando, Ondo, Lagos, and Abuja.
