This movie stars Octavia Spencer, Blair Underwood and Tiffany Haddish. Octavia Spencer plays Madam C.J. Walker, an American hair care entrepreneur who was the first self-made female millionaire in America.

This heartbreaking mini-series tells the true story of the Central Park Five, five black teenagers who are wrongly incarcerated for raping a white jogger in New York’s Central Park. It was written and directed by Ava DuVernay and stars Michael K. Williams, John Leguizamo, Felicity Huffman, and Blair Underwood.

The film caused a stir on social media and a ripple effect even years after it was released.
