Rihanna’s pregnancy

On Tuesday (31 January 2022), social media was buzzing with the news of the billionaire American singer and songwriter’s pregnancy news. Pictures of the 34-year-old with a baby bump alongside partner ASAP Rocky debuted all over social media platforms. While we are so happy for the soon-to-be mother, fans (I in particular) wonder if we will be getting her highly over-due album anytime soon. Following her pregnancy announcement, we also see varying reactions to the news. Over here in Nigeria, Twitter fans hopped on their timelines to share memes, hot takes, and of course, some ridiculous and funny threads in response. Check out some of the Rihanna-related tweets right after the news of her pregnancy.

Nicki Minaj also returned with a brand new single featuring sizzling hot American rapper Lil Baby titled Do We Have A Problem. The track is taken off her forthcoming project which is due to be released later in 2022.

Listen to Do We Have A Problem by Nicki Minaj & Lil Baby:

Nigerian singer and rapper Olamide took to Twitter Saturday to announce his 10th studio album which will be titled Unruly, and reveals it might probably be his last album with plans to continue releasing singles once in a while. Olamide kickstarted his musical career back in 2010 and has since solidified a name for himself in the music industry, he has contributed immensely to the Nigerian rap scene since his debut, and to see him come to what looks like the end of his career is exhilarating and despairing at the same time. We wish and look forward to what he has for us on his forthcoming 12th studio project.

Wordle- The new word puzzle game you should get into

As a very active Twitter user, I tend to be very observant and always on the lookout for what is buzzing on the timeline. Recently, a word puzzle game has been making rounds. Wordle is a daily word game that allows players to guess the random five-letter word of the day in a series of trials, the game was developed by a software engineer, Josh Wardle, in 2021. By November 2021 it had already captured a lot of people’s interest, and in December, players could share their daily result as a tweet, here are some Twitter users sharing their daily results of the Wordle game.

You can play the game daily through this link.
