Capturing the hottest 50 breakout stars that are primed to make it big in the US, Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart measures each artist’s success across their most influential charts, such as the Hot 100 and the Billboard 200 — where Burna Boy just made his debut.
Burna Boy joins Davido as the second Nigerian on the chart. Having spent a total of 15 weeks on the chart, peaking at 24, Davido recently re-entered at no. 42, owing to what industry watchers think is the success of his Chris Brown-assisted effort, Blow My Mind.
