They have been in a divorce case for seven years, since 2011.
Maria filed for divorce July 1 2011, after she learned Arnold fathered a child with their housekeeper.
There was never any real custody problems with two of their 4 kids being minors at the time- 17-year-old Patrick and 13-year-old Christopher and they both quickly agreed on joint custody. Christopher’s now 20, so there hasn’t even been a custody issue for years.
As for a property settlement, the couple did not have a prenup. According to TMZ, they agreed to split the property 50/50.
TMZ reported that Arnold has not shown interest in making the divorce final. As for Maria, she is mostly just letting it ride.
After 7 years, there’s a real possibility the divorce isn’t going to happen, ever.
