Tobi said in September that Cee-C was past tense and he must have really meant it.
The two reunited in Dubai for the One Africa Music Festival and Tobi bluntly refused to appear in photos with Cee-C.
The event organizer Paul O tried to take a picture with them both and in the video below, Tobi can be seen ducking out of the frame while saying insistently, “I no do this one o.”
