The 2017 edition of Wimbledon TennisChampionship is gradually coming to its conclusion, with only three matches left for each singles’ category – two semifinals and the final. The competition, which started on 3rd July will conclude on 16 July and has five senior categories – Men and Women Singles, Men and Women Doubles and Mixed Double.
Women Single Finalists
Like any other major sporting completion, there have triumphs and disappoints along the way and only four players can play in the female singles semifinals. The last four players in this year’s Women Singles’ semifinals are British Johanna Konta, who will be playing against five-time Wimbledon champion, American Venus Williams in the second semi-final match. Spanish Garbine Muguruza and against Slovak Magdalena Rybarikova, will battle it out in the first semifinal match on the Centre Court.
