The photos, which were acquired by US Weekly, show the 54-year-old alongside a friend, shopping in Atlanta.
This comes only a few days after Nick Cannon was announced as the new temporary host of The Wendy Williams show. Cannon will host the show on the 4th, 5th and 6th of February after which original episodes will be aired.
Williams had previously announced that she would be taking a break from work to focus on her health. She had revealed a long time before that, that she suffers from Graves disease and it appeared her break was because of complications from the disease.
She further went on to reveal that she would be spending a considerable time at the hospital under the supervision of her doctors.
