Maurizio Sarri has said he feels his team is strong character wise after an own goal gifted his side 3 points against Newcastle United 3 minutes from time in a 2-1 premier league victory.
When the former Napoli boss was asked if they had passed the character test he replied:
“I think so. To win here is difficult for Chelsea — it’s difficult for every team here.
“To be drawing five minutes from the end, for us it was more difficult. I think this team, from the character point of view, is a strong team.”
