The 47-year-old had to an undergo emergency caesarean operation because she developed Preeclampsia, a pregnancy condition that caused her to gain serious weight.
Kenya, who is a former Miss USA, and her husband revealed the news to People magazine on Sunday, the fourth of November. They have named their baby girl Brooklyn Doris Daly.
Explaining the name, Kenya said: “Brooklyn because that’s where we met and fell in love, and Doris after my grandmother who passed away last year and who raised me.”
This is the first child for both Kenya and Marc.
