Fabolous turned himself in earlier this year after reports of him allegedly attacking the mother of his two children, Emily B, surfaced online.
The rapper was originally scheduled to appear in court in April on charges of aggravated assault and making terroristic threats did not because his lawyer asked for a last-minute delay, indefinitely postponing his appearance in court.
Now TMZ reports that Fabolous is facing 4 felony charges related to the alleged assault. A grand jury in New Jersey indicted the rapper last week on one count of possession of a weapon, one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, and two counts of threatening to kill.

Fabolous previously said he’s innocent, while his attorney has described the video as nothing more than an argument between the two. The 4 charges Fabolous is facing can net up to 5 years in prison each.
If he’s found guilty of said charges Fabolous could be going away for a while.
