A screenwriter named Shannan Lynette Wynn is suing American talk show host, Oprah Winfrey over copyright infringement.

Wynn claims that a script which was written by her and a Pastor, Lester Eugene Barrie, titled Justice & Glory was passed to Oprah Winfrey and later rejected. She also claims that she and her partner pitched the show to ABC and which once again rejected.

Wynn alleged that the main premise of her screenplay was ripped off by Oprah in the writing of her television series Greenleaf.

The show is about a powerful African-American family and their megachurch, their struggle to conceal family secrets and lies.
