According to CNN, his hometown, Louiseville will name the Louiseville airport after him. The reports state that the decision was voted on by a group that has been studying the renaming for about a year.
The airport will be renamed to the Louiseville Muhammad Ali International Airport. Jim Welch, chairman of the airport authority board said,
“This tells the world how proud we are to associate ‘The Greatest’ with not only our great city, but our great airport.”
