Time and again, Falz has proven that music goes beyond just the sounds and beats.
Falz is one of the few artists in Nigeria whose songs mirror the society. From his, This is Nigeria, to Child of the World and other songs, he truly has a message to pass. His most controversial song, This is Nigeria, generated mixed reactions from different sections of the country and Falz did not for once cringe about his choice of music.
In a chat with Channels TV, the artiste made it known that his next album will be a socially conscious and norm-breaking one.

He said: “Right now I’m making a lot of controversial music. It’s always going to be like that, people are always going to get angry when you make that sort of music but those stories need to be told. People need to hear our voices; our voices need to be projected in the positive direction as artists. It is something I will continue to do, I’m working on a fully conscious album which is dropping very soon.”
Now, do we applaud his guts or suppress him to churn out music like the norm?
