Highlights from Voice Nigeria Season 2 blind auditions

The broadcast of Voice Season 2 audition kicked off last night with performances from aspiring artists. This season’s judges include Patoranking, Timi Dakolo, Waje (winning coach for Season 1) and newcomer Yemi Alade who replaced 2baba (Innocent “Tuface” Idibia).

 

The coaches performed on the stage their own songs to open proceedings; “Medicine” by Timi Dakolo, “Konko Baby” by Waje, “This Kind Love” by Patoranking and “Charliee” by Yemi Alade.

 

Emmanuel Precious rendition of “Survivor’ by Destiny’s Child made him the first person to join a team this season. At the end of the over an hour of broadcast, eight hopefuls in total secured places among the four teams.
