Some top Nigerian artistes like Adekunle Gold, Yemi Alade and Burna Boy have been reportedly considered for Grammy Awards in 2019.
Top Nigerian entertainment consultant Bizzle Osikoya let out the news which was also confirmed by MTV Base VJ Ehiz.
Bizzle mentioned the artists on Twitter and wrote: “I pray one of them gets picked for a nomination.”
Ehiz confirmed with the following tweet: “Grammys better act right now … Seun, Yemi, Damini and Adekunle … what a time to be alive!”
If any of them are considered, they would be nominated in the Best World Music Album category for the upcoming 61st Grammy Awards.
