Game of Thrones writer, George R.R. Martin has revealed that he is developing other shows in addition to the Game of Thrones unnamed prequel.
In a new interview with The Guardian, George stated that he is working on 5 different Game of Thrones prequels and he is also developing a couple of other shows for HBO.
Martin is additionally working as an executive producer on Who Fears Death and the superhero series Wild Cards.
George said: “It’s all fun, but there are days when I feel a little dizzy. It’s a good problem to have. When I began, I didn’t know what the hell I had. I thought it might be a short story; it was just this chapter, where they find these dire wolf pups.

“Then I started exploring these families and the world started coming alive it was all there in my head, I couldn’t write it. So it wasn’t an entirely rational decision, but writers aren’t entirely rational creatures.”
In the interview, Martin also spoke about the sixth part to the epic fantasy series – The Winds of Winter – which fans have been eagerly anticipating. He admitted that he has “been struggling with it for a few years.”
