The star has now been discharged by the court, with all charges dropped by the police.
Jussie has, however, maintained his innocence on the matter, claiming that he was always in the right.
Anyway, 20th Century Fox is certainly happy about his charges being dropped, as they have released a statement expressing that.
“STATEMENT FROM 20TH CENTURY FOX AND FOX ENTERTAINMENT: Jussie Smollett has always maintained his innocence and we are gratified that all charges against him have been dismissed,” reads a statement from the network on social media.
