Disney is planning a remake of its ever animated film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, which was initially released in 1938, Variety is reporting.

This comes as the remake of its popular The Lion King is set to hit the cinema this July.

According to Variety, negotiation is progressing between Disney and Marc Webb, the director behind the Amazing Spider-Man movies and (500) Days of Summer. Webb is reportedly the studio’s top choice to take on the movie.
