Davido adopts philosophical attitude over injured ankle [PHOTOS]

Nigerian singer, David Adedeji Adeleke, who goes by the stage name Davido, has gotten one his ankles fractured.

Just a few days after moving into his new home in Banana Island and looking forward to a fresh start, the singer injured his ankle.

This incident will leave Davido in crutches until his ankle gets healed.

Davido’s friend, Bobo F Ajudua revealed the incident on Instagram.

Alongside a photo of Davido seeming to wobble on his clutches, the Ajudua writes: “How some people chose to enter June. Nawa. At some point yesterday we were literally thanking God there were no shows right now. Get well soon.”

Ajudua was referring to cancellations of shows due to the Coronavirus pandemic. So, Davido is not under pressure to perform any shows or music concert at the moment. However, Ajudua did not provide any information on how Davido came to injure his ankle.

Davido also took to his Instagram page to make light of the injured ankle by writing: “I needed to sit down in one place anyways.”
