American actor Terry Crews has agreed to take a mental health exam in connection with his sexual assault lawsuit against an agent he claims groped him at a party.

Lawyers for WME agent Adam Venit filed a stipulation in Crews’ civil lawsuit. The stipulation says the exam will take 7 hours and it names a doctor who was mutually agreed upon reports TMZ.

Documents obtained by TMZ says the exam will include a “comprehensive psycho-social and medical history and the administration of mental status testing and psychological testing.”

Crews had during an interview with Good Morning America last year accused Venit of groping him at a party in 2016. He claimed that at a private party in February 2016, Venit stuck his tongue out at him in an “overtly sexual” manner. He further alleged Venit he when he put out his hand to shake Venit’s hand,  Venit grabbed his genitals, squeezing them so hard that he leapt away in pain. Venit allegedly repeated the groping several times despite Crews pushing him away.

Venit denied the allegations.

Crews subsequently filed a lawsuit in December 2017 against the agent after reporting the incident to the police. The lawsuit alleges that Crews alerted Adam Sandler, who was at the party and is represented by Venit, by yelling, “Adam, come get your boy! He’s grabbing my nuts.”

The criminal complaint he filed against Venit is also under investigation.
