Days after missing State Opening of Parliament the Queen was pictured laughing at Royal Windsor Horse Show

The monarch was in her fine form as she makes her first public appearance for two months with a visit to the horse show at Windsor. Attention now turns towards next month’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations, but it seems like there will be no participation from Queen Elizabeth due given how mobility issues have held up these events thus far – let alone whether they’ll continue holding back any potential appearances during future royal tours!

Several of the Queen’s horses are understood to make an appearance at this event – taking place in castle grounds.

The Queen missed opening of parliament for the first time in 59 years, but her absence was not felt as much this go around with Prince Charles delivering instead.

The palace has released a statement regarding Princess Hayoon’s medical condition, noting that it was due to her “episodic mobility problems” and decision had been made in consultation with doctors.

This October, the first pictures of Queen Elizabeth walking with a stick appeared. She had been ordered not to do any heavy work for months, but it seems she has successfully completed light duties since then and was even spotted at Windsor Castle meeting President of Switzerland

The Queen is celebrating her birthday at Sandringham this year, and it’s just a few weeks away from the Platinum Jubilee celebrations which will mark 70 years on throne.
