In this week’s top ten Nigeria songs chart, Rema has quickly gone to the number one spot on Apple Music with his new single “Bounce“. Meanwhile, Teni and Davido’s “FOR YOU” is the most played song on Audiomack this week and “Godly” by Omah Lay has continued its reign at the summit of Boomplay’s chart.
Spotify is now available in Nigeria after entering its market this week, however, its Nigerian weekly chart is not yet available. You can learn more about Spotify’s entrance into Nigeria and several other markets in this video.
For the Apple-owned music streaming platform, its most recent chart updated on 28 February 2021 ranks the best performing songs as follows:
10. Focus – Joeboy
CKay’s “Felony” went several spots on this week’s Audiomack chart with Kizz Daniel’s “Currently” forced out to give way to Ajebo Hustlers’ “Pronto”. See Audiomack’s top ten Naija music chart last updated on 24 February 2021:
On Boomplay, “Running (To You)” by Chike featuring Simi exited the chart this week while Olamide’s “Loading” returned. Besides this change, the chart largely looks the same with Olamide and Omah Lay continuing their domination of the streaming platform. Here is how the top ten songs of the week ranked after its recent update on 26 February 2021:
3. Forever – Gyakie
It is another good week for Joeboy’s “Focus” off his latest project despite it missing out on Audiomack’s chart. Kizz Daniel’s “Currently” appears to have run out of steam after showing a spark of potential. Likewise, Naira Marley’s recent dominance has faded with him getting just one slot on Audiomack and being left out of Boomplay and Apple Music’s chart.
