The bags were donated by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) as part of relief efforts for the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in areas devastated by Boko Haram. But somehow, some undesirable elements managed to divert it for sale for what can only be personal gains. Investigation and answers needed.
