Everyone loves a wedding, we think! And the only thing that equals a wedding is the story of the proposal. So of course men (and women too) try to make that occasion very memorable.
But this one totally wowed us. Let’s be honest here, the public reputation of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) isn’t something to be proud of. There is even a #EndSARS hashtag trending on social media. So, when news of an unnamed man who has proposed to his girlfriend at SARS headquarters in Port Harcourt filtered through, we were intrigued.
We don’t know the history of the couple nor their relationship with SARS for that matter. Be that as it may, it was the chosen location for the romantic marriage proposal. And she said “yes”.
But who wouldn’t say ‘yes’ in the midst of gun-totting policemen? Lol. Just messing!
It all happened at the SARS headquarters in Port Harcourt with some of the officers of the unit looking on. We can see them smiling and congratulating the happy as well.
