London returnee who ran temporarily mad in Lagos found!

Recall the story we shared of a young Nigerian man who was found roaming the streets of Lagos after arriving from the UK to Nigeria early December for the Christmas holiday.

Good news! The family or at least someone who knows the family has found him. His name as we reported is Chuks Samson and he is from Ogidi in Anambra State.

The good samaritan has pledged to undertake that the young man is returned safely to England but not before he has seen his family back at Ogidi.

Sharing the news on Facebook, a user Retty Susie writes:

“THEY HAVE FOUND HIM. THANK YOU, Jennifer Okechukwu

“He is fine, a bit more dishevelled than in the first video.

A captain from Ogidi has found and will help him get back to London but will first take him to see his family in Nigeria. He apparently had a mental health issue and had been off his mess before his trip to Nigeria.

Both his parents lived in England and never really associated much with the Ogidi folks in London, they are both deceased but he apparently has a sister in England.
