The Governor of Rivers state Governor Nyesom Wike went on a tour of Real Madrid facilities in Spain in their bid to complete football academy in the state that will be affiliated with the Madrid club.
He was accompanied by Boma Iyaye the state’s commissioner for sports along with former Super Eagles international Adokiye Amiesimaka where they met with the club officials and stars Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos who is the club captain.
The visit was to see the improvements the state can copy from the Madrid club in their football academy back home according to Mr. Boma.
