The fire it was said started on Tuesday morning after petrol stored in a house was accidentally ignited.
The Lagos state fire service was called to put out the fire and prevent it from spreading.
What a devastating thing to happen especially in the New Year. This is exactly why the government warns against storing inflammable materials like petrol in residential and commercial properties. It’s about time Nigerians and the general public took their own safety into their own hands to avoid incidences like this one, which is largely preventable.
Sad and tragic.
Maybe the fuel scarcity made them store lots
That what the politicians abi the government cause, assuming their is alot of fuel in filling station this could have not happen
Storing Fuel?
