The National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shared the latest updates on the state of Coronavirus in Nigeria. 

These updates are shared on NCDC’s official Twitter account and keep fluctuating up and down so that it is almost impossible to know the trajectory of the spread of the virus.

These updates by NCDC, nonetheless help Nigerians to monitor the spread of the Coronavirus in the country.

According to the latest reports, 179 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded across several states in Nigeria.

Additionally, 116 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded in Lagos State. After that, Anambra State recorded 20 new cases of Coronavirus.

FCT, Oyo State and Rivers State also recorded 9 new cases of Coronavirus in each state.

According to these numbers, 60,834 cases have been confirmed in Nigeria since the start of the pandemic. 52,143 people have also been successfully treated and discharged since the start of the pandemic.

Tragically, 1,116 deaths have been recorded since the start of the pandemic. See the full report below:
