The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) says 238 new cases of coronavirus, which is the COVID-19 pandemic, have been recorded in the last 24 hours.
NCDC also announced that 10 more casualties were recorded, bringing the total number of deaths to 68.
Kano State recorded 92 new cases while Lagos State recorded 30 new cases, bringing the state above the 1,000-mark with a total of 1006 cases recorded in the state.
