Again! Nigeria Ranked Among Most Dangerous Countries To Visit.

After the disturbing report that came to light as revealed by the World International Security and Police Index International that the Nigerian Police Force is the worst in the world, there is another list of ‘worsts’ that Nigeria unfortunately makes.

The International SOS and Control Risks have revealed a map that shows that there are two most dangerous things about Nigeria which are health issues and road accidents.

Heat map for world most dangerous places from the International SOS and Control Risks.

According to the report from INDEPENDENT, traveling to Nigeria, visitors should be aware of the health hazards that they are likely to face because of the ineffective health system. This report did not mention, but it is worth considering, that the President flying out of the country to get treated for an ‘ear infection’ for as long as it will take one to undergo a surgical process and recover may have something to do with this report.

Then the road accidents that make headlines or like the derailed train that was reported yesterday (click here to read about the derailed train in Lagos) also points at flaws in the transport system. Before drawing swords to defend our country, let us ensure we are not ‘naked’.
