Serie A leaders, AC Milan, were stopped by AS Roma from having a 100% record so far this season in Europe top five leagues.
The Rossoneri’s dropped their first points of the season despite a Zlatan Ibrahimovic double as defiant Roma came from behind three times to draw 3-3 at the San Siro on the night of Monday, 26 October 2020.
Ibrahimovic quickly handed AC Milan the lead in the second minute of the match before Edin Dzeko equalised for the visitors 12 minutes later.
Rafael Leao produced slick moves on the left to set up Alexis Saelemaekers, who put Milan back in front two minutes after the break but Roma hit back again in the 71st minute as a controversial penalty was awarded to them, which was converted by Jordan Veretout.
Milan regained the lead with a penalty of their own from Zlatan Ibrahimovic, his sixth league goal of the season having recovered from coronavirus earlier this month, but Marash Kumbulla equalised again for Roma with six minutes left.

Milan now have 13 points from five games, two ahead of Napoli and Sassuolo, while Roma has eight.
The points, however, extend Milan’s firm grip at the summit of the Serie A holding out a two-point lead over Napoli.
Swedish striker Ibrahimovic, who recovered from coronavirus earlier this month, has scored six goals in five games so far this season.
Milan announced that goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma had tested positive for coronavirus earlier on Monday, and he was replaced in the side by veteran Ciprian Tatarusanu, who was at fault for the first Roma goal.
