Olivia Rodrigo celebrates her second Hot 100 No. 1 song on Billboard ‘Good 4 U’

After only just releasing her debut album, “Sour”, on 21 May 2021, Olivia Rodrigo couldn’t be more excited as another song of hers bags the No. 1 spot on Billboard Hot 100, ‘Good 4 U’.

According to MRC data, Olivia’s latest smash record earned 43.2 million streams in its first week in the US alone along with 12,000 downloads as well as 3.8 million radio airplay.

“Sour”, Olivia Rodrigo’s debut album which was released last Friday now sets the record for the first debut album ever to have two No. 1 Hot 100 debuts as “Driver’s License” and “Good 4 U” sets the pace for others.

Olivia took to social media to show her excitement as he tweeted a reply to the announcement.

She also announced on her Instagram how happy she was for the groundbreaking event made possible by her song.

The only other artistes to ever have two songs from their albums debut at the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 are Mariah Carey (Daydream), Drake (Scorpion), and Ariana Grande (Thank You Next). However, all three of them did it with their fifth studio albums as opposed to Olivia Rodrigo’s first album.
