American rapper T.I has on Thursday released a new single where he seems to have gotten a few things off chest. In the song titled ‘What it’s come to’, T.I takes a jab at the several women who have accused him and his wife Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris of a number of sex and drug related crimes.
The drama began in January when a former friend of the family, Sabrina Peterson made allegations of sexual abuse. She also accused the couple of forced ingestion of illegal drugs, and abduction among other things.
Furthermore, she encouraged other victims to come forward and speak up. This was quickly followed by several other women — including a military veteran — coming out with their own allegations against the couple; allegations of crimes that happened between 2005 and 2018, all of which both T.I and his wife seriously denied.

The three time Grammy winner shared the new track’s cover art in an Instagram post yesterday. The cover art which is a page of handwritten lyrics has over 20 lines of bars that reflect his pain.
In the song, T.I revealed his dismay at the anonymity of the accusers just as the couple had said earlier-on in a statement released by their lawyer. They have said the accusers make themselves unworthy of belief by hiding behind anonymous allegations. He raps:
“Go put yo face and reputation on it. These kinds of claims deserve more than anonymous provocative conversation, don’t it?”
“willing to face whatever consequences for his vision… while I’m up against some lyin’ a-s bitches. Damn, this is what it’s come to.”
The LADP has commenced an investigation into the case this week. This came after fresh allegations were submitted by a new alleged victim in April. Tyrone A. Blackburn, the lawyer representing 11 alleged victims of the Harrises had also requested for an investigation in March. It is safe to say the couple might be needing more than a rap song at this point. Their lawyer however remains confident that they will have no charges by the time investigation is complete.
