The news of the romantic relationship between the pair has been ongoing for a while now, and when asked to put a timeline on their relationship, he recalled it started in 2013.
The pair were filmed during Christmas in Rihanna’s native country of Barbados. Rocky also has a connection from there as his father emigrated to the US from Barbados and claims that it felt like a homecoming when he visited.
He also sounded optimistic about being a dad someday when asked about the prospects, even joking his current status is dad “to all these mother—-ers”.
A$AP Rocky additionally reflected on his time in COVID-19 lockdown, saying he had to experiment in every field with style, rhythm, film, food, sonics, health, love and so on. These all coincided with him being sober after the stint he had in 2019, described as “copious amounts of kush and dropping LSD.”
The interview also saw Rocky revealing that he and RiRi drove from Los Angeles to New York last summer, stopping in Texas, Memphis and a handful of other cities along the way. The huge bus tour also included hitting a few national parks while enjoying music from Grateful Dead and Curtis Mayfield.
Rocky also proclaimed he recorded some new music in a mobile studio, which is his best work to date.
