Ghana and Nigeria duly represented on a brand new joint as Ghanaian Rap icon Sarkodie and Nigeria’s singer and rapper Zlatan alongside producer Rexxie joined forces for “Hasta La Vista”, a fun-filled African link.
“Hasta La Vista” was released on the 27th of November 2020, and it, unarguably, has all the necessary ingredients for a classic with the best of both worlds coming together.
Regarding the link-up between the artists, Sarkodie said: “I always want to open doors to other territories, to other audiences, new people who might relate to my music. That wish is always there.
“I rap in my native language. There came a point where I started to think of ways the world could understand me.
“The way to do that was to work and work on my delivery. You don’t need to understand what I’m saying to feel it.”
