Empire Mates Entertainment boss Banky W has many hit songs under his belt and his song, “Gidi Love”, which he dropped on the 27th of June 2016 was one of them.

“Gidi Love” was a song centred around Banky’s quest for love in one of the most famous cities in Nigeria, Lagos. On the song, he narrates his ordeal on how he’s been trying to find Love in Lagos.

Banky W’s video for “Gidi Love” was published on the 20th of September 2016 on his YouTube page. It was written & directed by Banky W (who also plays multiple roles in the clip), and co-produced by Pace Setter’s multimedia Agency & Scordio Productions.

Banky dedicated the comedic video to all singles worldwide, and to those that pressure/prosecute them for not being married yet.
