In 2016, Falz and Simi released a joint project titled “Chemistry”, a 7-track celebration of a working relationship that people spend a lifetime trying to find and hold on to. The EP was released on the 27th of October 2016.
Prior to the release of “Chemistry”, both artists have had a few collaborations under their belt which many believed birthed the title to the joint EP. Falz and Simi had so much chemistry both in and out of the studio, rumours even spread about them having a secret relationship.
“Chemistry” is a project solidly written and inspired by creativity and passion rather than the pressures of business. It thrives and rides on the wave of happiness, friendship, sarcasm, and emotion.
Falz and Simi sealed their artistic bond that was formed from previous collaborations into a revelation, which was the 7-track EP, Chemistry.
