Davido Music Worldwide’s in-house disk jockey turned singer ECool underwent a total transformation which included removing the DJ tag that accompanies his stage name in order to be as appealing as possible for his debut EP “New Side” which was released on 13 March 2020.
ECool most certainly took the music scene by surprise delivering hits personally and with help from fellow label mates and others. He proved he is not only good with the turntables but also a fantastic singer.
His extended play titled “NewSide” is perfect evidence of what he is capable of as he rolled out a 7-track piece featuring Mayorkun, Dremo, Myde, and Kenyan songstress, the beautiful Victoria Kimani.
Production credits on the project go to The Whizzle Blower, Made In Seconds, Boss Beatz, and Phanthom. All the tracks were mixed, mastered by STG and Cheqwas.
