Nigerian singer and winner of the Next Rated award at the 2019 Headies Awards, Rema, has been on a great pedesstal no doubt since he burst onto the scene.

In his short stinct so far, he’s been on songs with great acts across the world and has once again been recruited by JAE5 who features him and UK rapper Skepta on his newly released track.

JAE5’s name has come up often in the music circle for years now – initially for the impactful work he did on J Hus’ albums and more recently for producing for the likes of Wizkid, Koffee, and Popcaan

The UK-Ghanian producer also recently won a Grammy for his work on Burna Boy’s Twice As Tall. The producer was responsible for production on the standout album closer “Bank On It,” which we named one of the Best Nigerian Songs of 2020.

“Dimension” is JAE5’s debut single and it couldn’t have come at a better time with some noteworthy company too as Skepta and Rema brought a whole nw dimension on the track.

The track, “Dimension”, is a personal one. It is a love letter to JAE5‘s home nation, Ghana, a press statement reads, and its music video was shot there.

“For my first single, I wanted to pull off something that represented me well. It had to be heavily influenced by Afrobeats and the UK urban scene,”
