Plunge your wet finger into the egg, and pull it out. Wetting your fingers before sticking them into the egg will make the shell gravitate to your fingertips so you don’t have to go digging for very long.
You can also use the half of a broken eggshell, this is because the sharp edge of the eggshell is able to cut through the whites.
