The 29-year-old is reported to be unhappy at Chelsea and wants to leave but the new manager Maurizio Sarri recognizes how much of an asset the playmaker is.

Barcelona may just be willing to pay £70m for the midfielder going by how desperate they appear to be for him, starting their bid from £50m followed up with another of around £53m then one of £55m before reappearing with this last bid of £65m which has also been rejected.
