Remember the Nike designed Super Eagles jerseys that made the rounds just before the world cup in 2018? How it was so beautiful that it was sold out and it won many awards?
GQ also rated it the best world cup kit for the season and Nigerians were immensely proud of it, so proud that we set social media on fire.
Our Super Eagles kit even made it to the FIFA museum for how gorgeous it was.
We shared in 2019 that Nike had been commissioned to design yet another kit for Nigeria following the immense success of the previous one.
Well, the kit is finally here and it is gorgeous, according to us and the thousands of Nigerians who have seen it and can’t stop gushing about it. We’re sure you’ll agree.
The new football kits were designed with our national colours – green and white – and inspiration was taken from our traditional agbada.
