British actor Tom Felton who is known for his character Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies, collapsed while playing at a celebrity golf exhibition on Thursday, 23 September 2021, at the Ryder Cup.
The celebrity Ryder Cup is an 11-hole tournament that is to precede the professionals’ event by a day.
After collapsing on the 18th hole, Felton was placed in a stretcher with the help of emergency personnel and taken out of the course on a golf cart. The Ryder Cup organisers described Felton’s fall as a “medical incident,” saying that the 34-year-old left to receive treatment at a hospital near Whistling Straits.
However, asides from this, no other information was provided.

Before his collapse, Felton was competing on a European squad, consisting of himself, Italian soccer icon Alessandro Del Piero, Basketball Hall of Famer Toni Kukoc, former NHL standout Teemu Selänne, actress Stephanie Szostak and two-time NBA champion Sasha Vujacic.
