2020 is really the money year all over the world. As our Nigerian celebrities are busy making waves and bagging endorsement deals in Nigeria, celebrities from other countries are bagging theirs in their various countries.
We’re barely two months into 2020 and many of our celebrities have taken bigger strides into making more money moves including our favourite American singer John Legend.
The American singer took to his Instagram page to announce his special promotional partnership that is tagged Sperry Legend Edit, a well known US shoe brand.
The Sperry Legend Edit is a selection of Sperry boat shoes, boots and sneakers chosen by multiplatinum artist John Legend, Sperry’s Global Brand Ambassador in 2020.
The artist isn’t the first celebrity to get a collaboration deal with an apparel brand. Pop queen, Beyoncé recently also partnered with Addidas to produce her Ivy park collection.
The excited singer, John Legend took to his Instagram account to make this announcement, writing: “Now that it’s 2020, I am officially the Global Brand Ambassador for @Sperry! Be on the lookout out for the #SperryLegend Edit for some of my favorite boat shoes, sneakers and loafers. #Sperry”

The shoemakers brand, Sperry, also took to their official Instagram page to make their announcement, writing: “Introducing the #SperryLegend Edit, a selection of John Legend’s favorite Sperry boat shoes, sneakers, and loafers.
