Recall that the ‘Black Panther’ actress arrived in Lagos last week after which she attended a dinner in her honour given by celebrated novelist, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.
A host of Nigerian celebrities were present at the event, including Ebuka, Dakore Egbuson-Akande, Onyeka Onwenu, Flavour, and many others.
After that, she celebrated her 37th birthday on Sunday night with more Nigerian celebrities.
On Sunday though, she turned up for an owambe in a gorgeous Ankara outfit, complete with a blue gele. She attended the celebration of the life of Olusegun Akanni Doherty.
She shared pictures of herself in the outfit on Instagram with the caption: “Funmbi said, “Make her look like a Lagos slay queen.” Tolu obliged.
“Grateful to have been a part of the celebration of Engr. Olusegun Akann Doherty’s well-loved life.”
